So put your privacy worries aside. We respect your privacy

- We will NOT use your name or address information for
anything other than sending you the items you ordered.
- We will NOT sell or
give your name and address to anyone else.

Security is very important to us.
We use Paypal's Website Payments Pro system to process your
credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) in our
e-store.
Paypal uses the latest industry-leading safeguards like 128-bit
Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) technology to ensure your credit card
information stays safe. Using SSL technology, Paypal encrypts
all of your personal information, including your credit card number,
name and address, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the
Internet.
We promise that your Credit Card information will never be sent
in an e-mail or in any other unencrypted transmission.
Shipping
We ship anywhere within the US.
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise noted).
All shipping is done via UPS. There are 3 shipping options:
- UPS Ground - Delivery time is 1-5 business days from time of
shipment depending on destination.
- UPS 2nd Day Air -
Delivery time is 2 business days from time of shipment.
Extra shipping charges will be applied.
- UPS Next Day Air -
Delivery time is next business day from time of shipment.
Extra shipping charges will be applied.
Shipping Costs are based on UPS rates.
Order Cancellation
We're sorry but at this time orders cannot be cancelled once you
have checked out and confirmed your order.
Returns
We know that sometimes mistakes happen so we offer satisfaction
guaranteed for 30 days from delivery date.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order just
e-mail us within 30 days of your delivery date with the details.
If the following conditions are met, we will arrange for your order
to be returned and your money refunded (less shipping costs):
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery date.
- The items are returned unopened and unused.
- The return package
has been been postmarked within 7 days of the return "approval".
Initial shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping
is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our
error.
When returning an item, please include the packing slip and
ensure the item is packaged and wrapped securely.
