1 Cantaloupe - peeled, sliced & cut up in bite size pieces 1 Honeydew Melon - peeled, sliced & cut up in bite size pieces 1 Pineapple - peeled, cored, sliced & cut up in bite size pieces 2 quarts Strawberries - washed & dried 2 large bunches seedless Grapes (green or purple) - washed & dried
Arrange fruit on trays. Serve with Fruit Dip if you want.
Fruit Dip
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese (regular, do not use fat free or lite) 1 7-oz jar marshmallow cream 2 tbsp milk 1/8 tsp lemon juice
Beat all 4 ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use. Can be made the day before, just re-stir before serving. Makes about 2 cups.>
